Fin setup

This Elements version of the Tinder-D8 comes with 5 FTU fin boxes (all compatible with FTU (Futures compatible)® Fins) and comes out of the box with 3 MFC-designed fins. The extensive fin cluster allows you to ride as a quad or thruster. Note that the Protech version saves weight on the fin cluster and comes with just three fin boxes.

The Shaper’s Union version is the more premium model available in the Tinder-D8 range, coming in nine different sizes, ranging from 5’6″ right up to 6’10”.

Elements construction

Perfect shape reproduction by using exclusive molding technology. This type of construction delivers highly accurate shape reproduction. This construction comes with dynamic flex characteristics and within the Tinder-D8 range, it is the most resilient, ding-resistant, and durable version.

The total weight is kept low. By using EPS SecureCell cores, wrapped in lightweight fiberglass and molded, a durable “shell” is created. A full-length glass stringer adds extra strength and durability to the board.
